In this workshop, we will be exploring movement in a playful yet supportive environment though the
psycho-somatic developmental approach of Dance/Movement Therapy, to access to and unleash our
inner resources. We will be going through a full soothing session based on various techniques such as
breathwork, movement exploration on music, sharing circle, and a bit of artwork too, according to
the group’s needs. A unique opportunity to be in the here and now, fully connected to ourselves, to
space, and to others, with no expectations but a deep sense of curiosity and a childish mind, on
our way to inner growth. Share a real quality time with like-minded souls and leave the session
refreshed with a peaceful mind.

For who?
This workshop is open for any individual (18+ years old). No dance/movement background is
required, as dance/movement therapy focuses on natural, daily movements and one’s own unique
movement vocabulary.


How?
You will be gently and genuinely guided to tap into your inner resources to move on in the flow of
life, reconnecting to hope and a sense of safety. We will be using movement exploration, fun games,
role play, and metaphors, in pairs and groups.
